Reflexology walk – Eastwood Park

I said that I’d start a collection of reflexology walk photos after having the one from our local park included on another blog so here is the second one.

An older one that’s slightly overgrown. Still painful to walk on as it’s made up of small sharp stones.

      1. I vaguely know it’s supposed to be “good for you”. Kind of like how Chinese medicine works because it tastes bitter, the sharp bits work because they are unpleasant to walk on?

I do respect Chinese medicine, but you have to admit it doesn’t come from a touchy-feely school of self-improvement in many ways!
