Let’s Talk Concussion & “Doing The Right Thing”

At the weekend during the France v Scotland 6 Nations game we heard the commentators saying that the medics were “Doing The Right Thing” taking a player off for an HIA. This tone suggests that there might be an option not to & I think that language needs to change.

Here are my thoughts on the language used around head injuries from my Live Stream on Periscope earlier.
