Is the new English season all it’s cracked up to be?

The RFU, Premiership Rugby and the Rugby Players Association have announced a new structure to the English season. It will start from the 2019-2020 season for 3 years and they talk about player welfare and reducing the amount of club and international overlap. But there are only so many weeks in a year, so can it achieve all that?
