We have ended up with the final that everyone has expected for most of the season. There is an element of here we go again as between them they have won the last 4 Premiership finals. Still it is a fascinating game.

In a first for DrivingMaul, Veronique will be at the game with a media pass representing the channel. Catch our match preview and halftime analysis Twitter. Veronique and I will also bring you our post match reaction on YouTube straight after the final whistle.

Here is my video with my Gallagher Premiership Final Prediction:

Exeter Chiefs v Saracens – Exeter Chiefs by 3

To be honest I’m finding this game too tight to call. No longer can you say that Exeter don’t have big match experience. They have been in the last 3 Premiership finals and they are providing plenty of players to the England setup. That means most of the players will be used to playing at Twickenham.

Obviously the same can be said of Saracens, however we can also add in the European Rugby Champions Cup experiences. Not only have they won that competition this year but that made it 3 wins in the last 4 years. Yup Saracens have more finals experience and way more winning finals experience.

However I have gone with Exeter. It has felt to me that Saracens have prioritised the European Rugby Champions Cup over the Premiership this season. Can they raise themselves to the same heights yet again? How much emotionally did that final win over Leinster cost them?
