Who Will Be The Next World Rugby Chairman?

At the last minute Agustín Pichot threw his hat into the ring for the World Rugby Chairman role that will be voted for on the 12th of May. He will be standing against incumbent Bill Beaumont.

I take a look at who gets to vote and how many votes each union or region gets. I also explain why each union gets the number of votes they do. Finally I go through how I think the votes will be case. I’m not an expert on rugby politics so a couple are guesses but I do think it’s in the balance.
